Q: Is there a minimum price?
A: Yes, our rates start at $125. This is approximately the size of a couch, refrigerator and several boxes. Cost is based on the volume of space your junk takes up so you are only going to pay for the space you use. We have multiple price points up to a full load. Our prices include all labor along with any dump fees that may be incurred, so you don’t have to worry about the added cost.
Q: Do we take same day appointments?
A: Yes! We are available the same day as long as we are not already fully booked. Additionally, if your job is an emergency and we are already fully booked then we can work with you to finish your job after our typical business hours. Just make sure to give us a call before 8pm.
Q: How big are your Trailers?
A: Our trailers are larger than the standard trucks used by franchised junk removal brands. Our trailers are 14’x7.5’x4’ and hold approximately 15.5 cubic yards of waste. That’s 6+ Pickup truckloads! Additionally, we charge approximately 15% less than our competitors!
Q: Why can’t I get a price over the phone?
A: Estimating the amount of junk that you have can be much harder to do over the phone. We want to be able to give you the best price with no hidden fees so we need to be able to put our eyes on your junk to give you the right estimate for your job.
Q: Do I need to be on-site when the team arrives?
A: Nope! If your unwanted items are outside, we can send you before and after pictures along with taking payment over the phone so you can have your items removed stress free while you are at the office or on vacation.
Q: Are you Licensed and Insured?
A: Yes, we are licensed and insured! We do our absolute best to leave your property the way we found it but you are covered in the unlikely chance something gets dinged.
